History of the IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may'qa'vam
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' is a Bird of Prey, designed, and commanded by 'aj K'Marah. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may qa'vam is the the oldest vessel still serving the empire under the Klingon Honor Guard flag. This vessel is a little over three years old and has been refitted once to become the 'parent' ship to a Vor'cha Class cruiser.
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' has been in many glorious battles since it was commissioned in early January of 1998. It is one of the mightiest vessels in the Klingon Honor Guard. The vessel has a decent sized beq who manage well. The 'Iw SuvwI' has engaged in, and has suffered much damage while engaging in these glorious battles with the Gorn, Romulans, Kreel, Sekans, and other species in the galaxy.
The IKV may'qa'vam was designed by Korig to connect
to the IKV 'Iw SuvwI', forming one mighty ship for the Empire. The may'qa'vam
is left unmanned, and docked in space dock until needed. This vessel is heavily
guarded and is used mostly for extra storage of valuable weapons confiscated
on missions by the IKV 'Iw SuvwI' beq. It also houses three KHG Gowron Fighters.
The refitting of the two ships enhanced their strength during battle against enemy ships. When the two ships are attached, The may'qa'vam and its weapons can be controlled from the meH of the 'Iw SuvwI', unless otherwise specified. When the vessels engage in battle, the two ships can be separated. The beq of the 'Iw SuvwI' is divided up to take control of the may qa'vam from its own meH if need be. Upon K'Marah and Korig joining the two mighty ships as one, the name became known as the IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may'qa'vam. Many warriors know it by the short name, IKV 'Iw SuvwI'.
Past Activities of the IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may'qa'vam
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' has been sent to many different
sectors of space on orders from Klingon Honor Guard Headquarters. The beq has
engaged in battle with many different Species in the galaxy, we once encountered
a fleet of aliens. Some of our missions are covert missions as well as overt
missions, and any other orders sent from Headquarters. Orders have sent us to
the far reaches of Klingon Space to answer a distress call coming from a HoD
Hem'lee aboard Freighter 79. HoD Hem'lee was discovered as being a traitor working
with the Romulans, trying to destroy the 'Iw SuvwI' from the inside. the HoD
and freighter was destroyed. Another of our missions took us to Rigel to obtain
much of their rich Dilithium Crystals. As we were warping, 200 Green female
Slaves appeared on the meH.
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' has many times engaged in battle
with Romulans, the Kreel at IKA Outpost 79, which we destroyed after taking
ownership. We killed all beq and intruders, except one. He was taken prisoner
for a thorough interrogation. The ship had minor damage after this battle. Damage
Control teams repaired the damage quickly. The prisoner gave us much needed
information before he was properly disposed of.
We went to Sector 9 of Klingon Space where Hegh
Jungle is located. This mission to the jungle was very exciting to the beq.
On one mission, our orders took us to the far reaches of Klingon Space. We were
to intercept a freighter owned by renegade Klingons. They attacked and killed
some fellow warriors and took their cargo. We intercepted the freighter, engaged
in battle, leaving no survivors. The 'Iw SuvwI' confiscated the cargo of valuable
weapons, before destroying the Romulan Warbird. The shipment was deliver to
KHG Headquarters.
On another mission, we had the shipment secured
in our cargo bay, and immediately went to warp speed, our systems went crazy
and we unknowingly entered an asteroid field. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' suffered severe
damage to a few decks. When those repairs were completed, we received orders
to investigate Sector 5 of uncharted space in the Argulius System. We discovered
a small planet of Sekans, a mid-hostile race. They attacked on sight, so we
had to engage in battle. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' went to warp 6 as one of our atomic
devices exploded on Planet Sekan. The explosion destroyed the planet and all
Sekan lifeforms. The beq performed an all systems check, a thorough test on
our weapons, making sure they were accurate from our previous battle.
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' was ordered on standard patrol
of IKA Outpost 79 until relief teams arrived, which were 85 days late, and with
only half the beq. They claimed to have been ambushed by renegade Klingons.
Next, we were ordered to return to Hegh Jungle
for more of the Macro Plant, which is used for an antitoxin when prepared correctly.
It is one of the only cures for the Mugato bite. The IKV 'Iw Suvwl' was to answer
some distress signals coming from a Klingon base on Planet C'Rok, located at
the Klingon/Romulan Neutral Zone. We engaged in battle with some Romulans, and
we assisted in securing Outpost 79 before we destroyed it.
We were on Special Operations, which sent us to
uncharted space. During this time, we were attacked by huge scorpions. Their
sting will kill you if you don't get the antidote quickly. The beq suffered
some severe stings, but in the end, we were the victor over the scorpions. The
'Iw SuvwI' was on course for KHG Space but still in uncharted space, when we
engaged in battle with 4 Gorn ships. Three were destroyed, and the other vessel's
main computer was infected with an unknown virus. The Gorn gave us much information
concerning the Romulans, and their secret base that we discovered in the Churchill
System. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' suffered major damage to two decks from battling
the Romulans and the Gorn. Later, orders from KHG Headquarters sent us to the
Ku'taH System to answer a Klingon distress call. However, when we arrived, all
activity seemed to be normal. We lost all traces of the distress signal as we
engaged in battle with more Romulans.
The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' was sent to the Calcite Prime System, to search for more clues on Soghla' Val, and see if the rumors were true about a warehouse with valuable cargo. Nothing more could be found concerning Soghla' Val, but, the rumors were in fact true. The away team, which consisted of Soghla' K'Matre, KaZT Sogh, a guest, be' eqara, la' Kel, also a guest, and 'aj K'Marah, fought bravely as we made our way back to ship away from the self destructing warehouse. As we materialized on the meH, Soghla K'Matre transported the tagged cargo without being ordered.. Which is maj. We barely had time to escape the huge fireball from the exploding warehouse. The only two surviving beq of the IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may'qa'vam, 'aj K'Marah and Soghla' K'Matre barely delivered the cargo to KHG Headquarters. Soghla' Val and Soghla' K'Aebh were reported missing.
IKV 'Iw SuvwI' had orders to patrol the KHG border,
keeping an eye out for any enemy ships that may be in the area. Our scanners
picked up a faint rescue beacon signal. After many attempts of trying to clear
the signal, we tracked it to the Buka System where Soghla Val was located in
an escape pod with faint vital signs. Soghla' K'Matre beamed him to Sick Bay
aboard the 'Iw SuvwI' where he remained unconscious, but resting after months
of torture.
Our next mission took us farther in KHG Space.
We had orders to patrol the KHG border running parallel to the I'Daya System.
All activity was normal as we continued on patrol. All of a sudden, an unidentified
ship scanned us. Soghla' K'Matre confirmed it was Orion Pirates in a modified
Ferengi ship. We tried hailing, but they fired instead of answering. ne' Mong
increased to warp 7 and they stayed on our tail, firing again. Soghla' K'Matre
returned fire with torpedoes, doing only minor damage to the modified Ferengi
ship. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI' suffered a major power loss, and minor damage to deck
9. Damage Control teams were dispatched and completed the repairs. As we continued
our shift of patrolling, the Orion Pirates again attacked the 'Iw SuvwI' knocking
out all main power as the ship raced for the planet out of control. Seconds
before impact, Soghla' Val pulled 'aj K'Marah out off her chair and transported
them both to safety on the surface of Planet I'Daya. They had no choice but
to stand by and watch as the 'Iw SuvwI' crashed and slid 500 meters across the
surface of the planet, then coming to a stop when a huge boulder went through
the left side. Ne MongDech was killed along with a team of 25 assistant engineers.
The bIr Hegh came to our aid and assisted in replicating the special metals needed to repair the damage suffered in the crash. The bIr Hegh replicator gave out before it could replicate enough of the special metals used for the outside of the duj. The IKV 'Iw SuvwI'-may'qa'vam has a one meter sized hole left in the side, some of the repairs are complete. A completion date of repairs and departure date from the I'Daya System are not known.
